REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Yahweh Ghana Kids Tsah's Rescue Foundation. Your generosity directly impacts the lives of vulnerable children in Ghana by helping provide food, education, shelter, clothing, healthcare, and other essential needs.

All donations and child sponsorship contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation or sponsorship payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

By making a donation or enrolling in a recurring sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All contributions are charitable donations made in support of the Foundation's mission.

• Funds are used to provide care and services for children and may be applied where they are needed most.

• Monthly sponsorships may be canceled at any time for future payments by notifying the Foundation before the next scheduled billing date.

• Canceling a sponsorship stops future recurring payments only and does not entitle the donor to a refund of previous donations.

If a payment was processed in error (such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount due to a processing error), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, work with our payment processor to resolve the issue.
