PRIVACY POLICY

CHILD SAFETY AND PRIVACY

The Sponsor agrees that:

  • All photographs, videos, letters, reports, and personal information provided by the Organization are confidential.

  • The Sponsor shall not post, publish, share, distribute, sell, or otherwise disclose any photographs, videos, identifying information, personal stories, or correspondence involving a child on social media, websites, blogs, messaging applications, or any public platform without the prior written consent of the Organization.

  • The Sponsor shall not attempt to contact a child directly outside of communication channels approved by the Organization.

  • The Sponsor shall not request personal contact information, addresses, school locations, or family information of any child.

  • The Sponsor shall respect the dignity, privacy, and safety of every child.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of sponsorship privileges.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor agrees that:

  • Yahweh Ghana Kids Tsah’s Rescue, its directors, officers, volunteers, employees, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising from participation in the sponsorship program.

  • The Organization does not guarantee specific educational, financial, medical, social, or developmental outcomes for any child.

  • The Sponsor releases and holds harmless the Organization from claims related to the use of donated funds in furtherance of its charitable mission.
